Services
Our core recurring cleaning tasks include restroom cleaning and restocking (toilets/urinals, sinks, mirrors, countertops, soap/paper towels); waste removal and wastebasket relining, recycling, if requested; vacuuming carpets and open areas; hard-floor mopping and spot cleaning; and cleaning breakroom/kitchenette counters, appliances, tabletops, sinks, and relining wastebaskets. Dusting for cobwebs, chairs, windowsills, blinds, fixtures, and other areas where dust gathers. Entryway glass and doors cleaned as needed or as requested.
Periodic cleaning of office vents and lights. Cleaning the refrigerator. We do provide a disinfectant service that we offered during Covid. We would be glad to explain and give you a brief presentation on that specific service.

Pricing
Pricing is always negotiable. We determine the cost based on the square footage, the condition of the office, and the cost of cleaning supplies. During our discussions, we will also consider the frequency of cleanings to arrive at a mutually agreed price.
In our proposal, we include the following details:
1. Areas that need to be cleaned
2. Frequency of cleaning
3. Responsibility for purchasing supplies (we can purchase the supplies for you at no extra cost)
4. Submission of our bid and agreement on the proposal
5. Terms of billing and payment
For standard offices, rates typically range from $0.10 to $0.18 per square foot, depending on the frequency of service and the condition and complexity of the cleaning area.
For small offices our hourly minimum rate is $50.00 hr. at least one time a week. If twice a month $95.00 hr. per cleaning.
